Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your appointment with Lashed by Rex Lounge! Our Goal is to offer our clients a pleasant Lash experience with great lasting extensions. Coming well prepared to your appointment will help us achieve this goal. Please see following requirements: *Eyes & Face have to be deep clean: free from Mascara, Lashstrip Glue, Make-up & Oily Face Cream. *Contact-Lenses have to be removed. *Plan your Showers, Workouts etc before your appointment as you have to avoid water, sweat, steam for 24 hours after your Lashes have been applied. *Cash only: Payment is due on the day of your Appointment. (no pre-payment needed) *Please inform us in advance if you still have lash extensions on as we have to plan more time for your session. An additional 15 euro applies for lash-removal clean up. *Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your next appointment. *if you are more than 15min late and we have a client scheduled immediately after you, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
